Example services include:

Design

Study design

Support for research questions, experimental structure, measurement plans, replication strategies, and analysis plans.

Planning

Power and simulation

Power analysis, sample size planning, simulation studies, and sensitivity checks for designs.

Modeling

Statistical modeling

Regression, ANOVA, generalized linear models, mixed models, clustering, dimensionality reduction, exploratory analysis, and visualization.

Prediction

Machine learning

Applied machine learning for prediction, approximation, feature engineering, model evaluation, and scientific data analysis.

Workflow

Reproducible analysis

Communication

Manuscripts and grants

Statistical review, methods sections, reviewer responses, analysis documentation, and grant proposal support.

Areas of expertise

My expertise spans statistical and data science methodology broadly, including applied data analysis, machine learning, and scientific computing. I have experience with applications in biomedical research, high-throughput imaging, omics, spectroscopy, engineering, social sciences, and other applied domains.

Who I work with
